Consumer disputes

We would always rather sort out a problem directly, so please email us first. Consumers can find out-of-court dispute resolution bodies in Slovenia (izvensodno reševanje potrošniških sporov, IRPS) on the Slovenian government website and across the EU on the European Commission’s Consumer Redress page. We are not obliged to take part in such a procedure and have not named a specific provider.
